[VIDEO] Natasha Knoff – Insectionality Identity Development as Multi-Ethnic Women
Natasha Knoff, a strategic business owner and talented mental health therapist, joins our founder Alexandra Hoerr to discuss intersectionality and identity formation. Natasha has a layered identity as a woman, being multi-ethnic yet white passing, owning a business, and an educator and supervisor within the Marriage & Family field. Much of the dialogue centers around womanhood and patriarchal systems. You’ll also hear her talk from an Internal Family Systems approach, where she uses “parts” language to explore her own identity. Plus she’s just a lot of fun and wonderfully expressive, so learning from her is easy!
