Life isn’t always easy.
You may find yourself moving from day to day, and beginning to feel like you don’t really know yourself anymore. Maybe you have thoughts you feel you can’t control, or a deep sadness that just won’t go away. People may have caused you pain or caused you to doubt what you once believed, and you feel stuck, unsure how to move forward. These thoughts and feelings can be so lonely. As the pressures of life and your own self-doubt build up like a tower, the things you used to love can get lost, leaving you feeling confused and alone. Whether the source of your pain is from the church, your loved ones, or a complete mystery to you, healing is possible.
Together we can hold space for the parts of yourself that feel tender, and are needing care. Therapy is about self-discovery. You are capable of growth and change, and my role is to help you uncover what is already within you. Together, we can hold space for the parts of yourself that feel tender, and are needing care. In session, we will explore the things in your past that led you to this moment and how they’ve shaped your current experience. We will collaborate to create goals specific to your needs and will and will build a safe space for you to learn to trust your own inner knowing.
I’ve always valued authenticity with others. All my life, I have been drawn towards connection, and my passion is hearing people’s stories, and providing support during difficult life moments and transitions. I love to support others on their own path to self-actualization and healing. In my own journey, I have found that the better I understand myself, the easier it is to accept and love myself. The work may not be without challenges, but it is always worth it.
Seeking help and agreeing to be vulnerable, can feel scary, but you don’t have to suffer alone. If what I’ve shared here resonates with you, please don’t hesitate to reach out and schedule an appointment today!
