My Approach

I love people. Hearing their stories—their pain and their joys—truly highlights life for me. We all experience a wide range of emotions, and managing them can be exhausting. That’s where I hope to come in. I want to enter your story with you and offer a fresh perspective. Being able to sit with someone in their lowest moments and simply provide a listening ear is how I love to help.

During my twenties, I dedicated much of my time to helping college students navigate life. It was a strong passion of mine to support others, especially since I understand life’s pains firsthand. However, I felt there was a deeper level to explore, which motivated me to pursue mental health counseling.

I have focused on issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual hurt, grief, and identity while examining how our stories shape who we are today. I don’t want to just focus on the now; I want to see the “how” of who you are. My goal is to help people from all backgrounds find their place and grow into who they are meant to be.

Take your next step toward growth.
