My Approach

After experiencing some hardships during my early adult years, I decided to give therapy a chance and it changed my life for the better. I was able to begin the healing process, gain confidence, improve my decision-making, and develop a deeper understanding of how earlier experiences have shaped my present day. Therapy helped me reconnect with myself, and that inspired me to support others on their own paths toward healing. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where people can work through life’s challenges with compassion and care. With a foundation in social work, I also recognize how systemic issues affect mental health and well-being, and I work with that broader context in mind. I also understand the deep connection between mind and body, and I believe that our relationships—both with others and with ourselves—are central to our human experience. Every person has a unique story to share, one that deserves to be heard, and I believe that with the right support, people are capable of growth and resilience.

Take your next step toward growth.
