My Approach

Family can be a source of connection or distance. An intimate relationship can help someone find their bliss or cause great distress. Nonetheless, relationships whether familial, intimate, or friendship are essential. But let it not be mistaken, relationships take work. And unfortunately, sometimes these relationships bring   feelings of anxiety, distance, exhaustion, isolation, or even trauma. These difficulties can affect your mental health, daily life, and other relationships.
