My Approach

I have always been fascinated by the innate potential in people. I believe there is something deeply valuable in every person, and sometimes there can be a disconnect between who we are and where we currently find ourselves. Our relationships, experiences, beliefs, culture, disappointments, and the ways we have learned to navigate life can all contribute to that distance. I believe there is something powerful about developing the courage to become more fully who you were born to be. Much of my life has been spent as a pastor, communicator, coach, and leader, walking alongside people through relationships, questions of faith, major transitions, and seasons of figuring out what comes next. That journey is ultimately what led me to counseling. I am especially interested in the intersection of emotional health, faith, and culture, and in helping people understand what has shaped them and what may be getting in the way of where they want to go. I believe growth is not simply about fixing what feels wrong. Sometimes it begins with becoming curious about yourself, understanding why certain patterns developed, and discovering healthier ways to move forward.

Take your next step toward growth.
