My Approach

Life is full of complicated, conflicting emotions, particularly during seasons of transition. In the midst of overwhelming anxiety, you may be unsure of who to turn to. Perhaps you’ve opened up before only to have your experiences and feelings minimized. It’s hard to trust when you’ve been burned before. You might feel burdened by the heavy weight of shame or crippled by uncertainty and the fear of change. These can be isolating experiences, but you don’t have to carry these burdens alone.

Take your next step toward growth.
