I’m here because I believe in you. I desire for you the wholeness and wellness that you are longing for. I have so desperately needed clarity and peace too. I care about your culture and where you come from. I care even for the fact that you might not feel like therapy is for you or that you do not believe in being in touch with emotions. I want for you to be known and heard.

Your story is still being written and it would be an honor to join you on this chapter— the one where you learn more about yourself and take care of you.

Sometimes you feel so robbed of peace and your life circumstances have you desperate for clarity, resolve, a good night’s sleep…true rest.  Many times it can feel like the rug you were standing on was snatched away and that is terrifying. Often you can feel misunderstood or unseen. Or maybe your trauma not only haunts but cripples you.

You deserve a space where you can exist with no judgement. A place to bring your unfiltered thoughts and messy sentiments. You deserve a place to exhale.

We are journeyers together. I believe that you know you a whole lot more than I will about your story and yet I might see things that you do not. So together we can embark on the journey of continued self-discovery, deep insight, finding clarity and a sense of connectedness. We will explore various creative outlets as means of expression and therapeutic care. We will explore various parts of your story and person and the ways that those parts show up in your life today. As we shine light on the hidden or hard corners, we will explore together what is needed to move forward.
