I am a dedicated mental health therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find healing and growth. This can be rooted in a variety of factors, including relationships and family dynamics. I also have a special heart for adoptees that results from personal experience, and I offer support in processing the complexities of identity, belonging, and self-discovery that come with adoption.
