My Approach

I understand how difficult it can be to feel stuck in the stories you’ve told yourself or the emotions you’ve carried for so long. My own journey through therapy led me to untangle core beliefs and past pain, which deepened my passion for this work. As a therapist, I am committed to helping others do the same—unraveling these narratives and gaining insight into how past experiences shape the present.

I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and rebuild a sense of self that aligns with who you truly are. My background in social work, group facilitation, and therapy has given me the privilege of walking alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them process trauma, build resilience, and reclaim their strength.

I also know how important it is to connect with a therapist who understands and reflects your experiences. As an African American woman who integrates faith into therapy, I am dedicated to tailoring each session to your unique needs—ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and empowered every step of the way.

Take your next step toward growth.
